Kilgore, Texas · Serving complex workforces

People systems that
hold up in the field.

I’m Brittany Sutton—an HR operations leader and consultant who turns people-heavy, paper-heavy work into practical systems that leaders can run and teams can trust.

Scroll for the proof

For oilfield services, manufacturing, transportation, and other operationally demanding teams, HR is not a side function. It is the operating system behind safe, compliant, staffed, and productive work.

About Brittany

Strategic enough for the executive table.
Practical enough for Monday morning.

Brittany Sutton, HR operations leader and consultant
Based in Kilgore, TexasHR operations + consulting

I bring more than 15 years of full-scope HR experience to organizations where workforce decisions move fast and operational details matter. My work has supported field teams, production facilities, logistics operations, public-sector employees, and lean HR departments across multiple states.

My focus is simple: build HR operations that make the business easier to run. That means cleaner workflows, better controls, clearer manager expectations, credible data, and employee experiences that hold together through change.
